Note that all studio bookings are valid only after an advance payment.
No payment is accepted or recognized without a prior room reservation by email or telephone. Vouchers from tourist agencies are NOT accepted at all.
The following cancellation policy is valid for direct bookings with Aphrodite Skiathos.
For bookings made through online operators or agencies please check the terms, conditions and policies that apply.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date the booking deposit is refunded minus bank or card handling fees. For cancellations made within 21 days before the arrival date the guest must pay the hotelier the 50% of the total cost of the canceled booking. For cancellations made during the guest’s stay an additional 50% of the remaining days of the booking is charged. The above cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings where the total cost of the booking is charged.
Non refundable reservations require full payment to be made at the time of booking. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.
By making a reservation with us through this website, direct email correspondence or phone call, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of Aphrodite Studios in Skiathos as written above.
Information for Tourist Agencies:
Vouchers or other future dated cheques are not accepted.
In order to book for your clients, after you’ve been informed of our Net and Official prices and availability, we require a full amount deposit (minus your charge) at our bank accounts at least twenty one (21) days before their arrival.
In any other case reservations are canceled.
